How I work

Three ways to find steady ground

1

In the office

Traditional talk therapy sessions in a calm, private space in North Vancouver or Langley — a familiar starting point for trauma and adolescent counselling.

2

On the trail

Nature-based sessions held outdoors, using movement and the natural environment to support nervous system regulation and open conversation.

3

With the horses

Equine-assisted sessions that use the presence of horses to build trust, awareness, and emotional insight — especially effective for younger clients.

"Healing doesn't only happen sitting across from someone. Sometimes it happens shoulder to shoulder, on a trail, or beside a horse who asks nothing of you but presence."

Focus areas

Who I work with

Trauma

Support for people carrying the weight of past events — using approaches that go at the pace your nervous system can handle, not just your schedule.

Adolescents

A steady, non-judgmental space for teens navigating anxiety, identity, family stress, or big transitions — often more comfortable outside a traditional office setting.

Locations

Two communities, one practice
